1. WHAT IS CCNhub?

CCNhub is your “One stop shop” internet-based portal for airfreight forwarders to communicate electronically with airlines as well as various other parties within the air cargo industry. In CCNhub, users can do eBooking, eTracking, printing of air waybills and Cargo Manifest Declarations (CMD) to the local authorities among a myriad of activities etc.

2. HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE TO CCNhub?

STEP 1 : Determine the CCNhub function you require:

Example:
  1. Subscribe to CCNhub if you are an appointed agent of an airline and would like to make electronic bookings to the airlines.
     
  2. CCNhub (ACES) will be more relevant if you are not an appointed agent and would only require functions to submit Cargo Manifest Declaration, Airway bill data (FWB) and Consol Manifest (FHL). CCNhub (ACES) is only available for Singapore users.

STEP 3 : Complete the Subscriber Form and Giro Form

Complete the Subscriber Form and fax to: 6776 1875.  Complete the GIRO form and mail to:

For SQ/MH appointed agents, registration will take about 3 working days upon receipt of subscriber application form. For other airlines, registration will take about 10 working days (dependent on when the airline completes the registration).

For overseas users, please contact your nearest CCN office for subscription details.
 

3. CAN I SUBMIT TRADE DECLARATION PERMITS AS WELL?

If you need to submit Trade Declaration Permits, you may apply for Tradenet from IPACS via CCN. Simply complete the Tradenet Application form and fax it to CCN at 6776 1875.  Please indicate your Tradenet application to the CCN Marketing staff too when you contact us for subscription rates.

4. DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL HARDWARE OR INTERNET CONNECTION?

As CCNhub is an Internet portal, you have the option to use your own computer hardware and Internet connection to access CCNhub.  You will require Internet Explorer 5.5 (or higher versions) to view CCNhub.  Alternatively, hardware rental is available from CCN. You may like to contact CCN Marketing to find out more on the hardware rental rates.

You can access CCNhub via your own Internet broadband or ISDN connection.  Alternatively, if your Singapore office is located in Changi Airfreight Centre, Cargo Agent Building C, D, E or Megaplex, you can save costs & improve efficiency by connecting to us directly via CCN’s LRE connection.  Please contact CCN Marketing for more information on the setup costs of an LRE connection.
 

5. WHO CAN I CONTACT IF I ENCOUNTER PROBLEMS IN CCNhub?

6. WILL THERE BE TRAINING PROVIDED?

For new subscribers, complimentary training will be provided for 2 users. If additional training is required, a training fee will apply.
 

7. CAN MY OVERSEAS OFFICE SUBSCRIBE TO CCNhub TOO?

CCNhub is available in several countries such as China, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Vietnam etc.

If your overseas offices wish to subscribe to CCNhub, please contact the nearest CCN office in the country.  Alternatively, you can highlight your request to CCN Marketing with contact details of your overseas offices and a local CCN staff will be in contact with them.
