SWISS WorldCargo (LX) has recently upgraded their Cargo Management System and introduced a few new Products, up to a total of 11 Products. Please refer to the updated table in the Appendix for the changes.
NEW PROCEDURE
Currently, Users in Booking Concierge should be able to see all 11 SVC Single Letter codes in the Product row. All these codes correspond to the 11 Products in LX’s new Product list. There is a lookup function inbuilt for this Product row, for users to look up the codes they want.
Selecting a product will populate the corresponding SHC in the Special Handling Codes row above.
DO NOTE, however, for the following 3 exceptions:
You will need to key in “XPS” in the Special Handling Codes field after selecting the Product.
LX will be able to receive bookings for their new Products with the above steps.
Please note to include the “XPS” SHC for ALL 3 EXCEPTIONS (Products: Perishables X-Presso, Pharma Passive X-Presso and Vulnerables X-Presso). These Products are highlighted in the Appendix, for your reference.
