System Notice:
SIA Cargo Implementation
of CASS for SIN Agents On 30 Nov 2025
In preparation of IATA’s Cargo Accounting Settlement System (CASS) cutover, SIA Cargo will be withdrawing the remaining AWB stock in your CCN account and a new batch of stocks will be issued. There will be a downtime, estimated about 3 to 4 hours, on 30 Nov 2025, Sunday, from 9am – 1pm.
It is important to take note of the following timeline:
On/Before 29 Nov 2025
(Sat): Make all bookings for flights
from 30 Nov till 27 Dec 2025, using existing AWB stocks (it will be billed as
non-CASS export billing). For any bookings that exceed
- On/Before
29 Nov 2025 (Sat): To make all bookings for 30 Nov and
advance booking up to 27 Dec 2025, using existing AWB stocks (to be billed
as non-CASS export billing)
- On 30
Nov 2025 (Sun): SIA Cargo withdraw all unused AWB stocks, including
those that were co-loaded. No bookings to be made during the
blackout period from 9:00am to 1:00pm (estimated time)
- Once
the system update is completed, SIA Cargo will be issuing new stocks for
your booking on the same day.
IMPORTANT
NOTE: Existing booking save in draft (or still in queue) in your CCN account
could be lost after the cutover, as only successfully sent bookings will be
processed. Similarly, AWB stock number co-loaded to your existing partner that
have not been used for booking will be withdraw during this process on 30
Nov.
